I hereby agree to the following:

• I am purchasing a 1-dollar 15-day trial membership to this website, which will begin the date my payment is received.  IF I enter the Coupon Code:  FOUNDER and Click APPLY, then In 15 days, Autopay will begin with a 40% discount off of the regular $40/mo membership = $16 OFF = $24/mo, because I will be a "Founding Member."  This amount of charge will reoccur on the same date every month, and it will continue with this discount until or unless I cancel my Founding Membership.
• I am able to cancel this FOUNDING Membership at any point, which is done through the account settings in the membership area if purchased with a credit card or in my account settings if purchased using my PayPal account.
• IF or When I cancel my Founding Membership, I will lose my 40% discount if I choose to sign up again as a member at a later date. 
• I can rejoin at a later date without the 40% discount, if I want to do so.
• I'm participating in Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and/or other programs offered by Sunny Hills, during which I'll receive information and instruction about healthy and safe practices intended to support my physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
• I recognize that these classes may require minor physical exertion, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Kundalini Yoga or Meditation Classes.
• I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in these classes.
• I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these classes.
• I agree to inform Sunny Hills of any physical limitations, physical discomfort, and/or injuries before or during classes, and I take full responsibility for any failure to do so.
• In further consideration of being permitted to participate in classes with Sunny Hills,  I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Sunny Hills, Vicky Hills or their Corporation, Bizbuild.com, Inc. for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in these classes.
• I further consent to allow Sunny Hills, Vicky Hills or Bizbuild.com, Inc. to use photos and/or videos of myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), their website(s), or on social media sites.
• I understand that in some cases, my name may be used. I further understand no financial compensation will be given for use of these photos.
